How we got Started...
Sam and Sally Ikeda established Ikedas in 1970. They started the business as a Fruit Stand and Burger Bar to sell their own orchard fruits and vegetables. Ikedas pioneered the development of the "Farmers Market" concept. The Next Generation...
In the late 80's, Sam and Sally's sons, Glen and Steve Ikeda took over the business and expanded the original concept to include a mouth-watering Pie Shop and Espresso Bar.

In the 90's, Ikeda's expanded further with the development of an extremely popular seasonal fresh fruit made-to-order Smoothie Bar and the creation of a whole line of Ikedas Signature Family Sauces and Dressings Gourmet products.
